DD214/215 with Honorable Discharge, Official Military Personnel File or officer/enlisted record

Applicants with other than specifically ‘Honorable’ discharges may apply with additional explanatory forms

Marriage certificate (Auxiliary)

Fees Vary based on membership type and total cost will be provided by the Secretary or Treasurer after application submission.

All Fees can be paid by Cash, Check, PayPal, or Credit Card.
